We went to Fayoum to see an unspoiled part of Egypt and we were delighted. We spent three days seeing the Valley of the Whales, two Middle Kingdom Pharonic Temples, the oldest paved road in the world, a Greek/Roman excavation site, Tunis Village and its pottery. So relaxing, fun and educational. One of the best we have had.
